According to the documents of the court that were released on Monday, Britney Spears will have to pay $375,000 against the legal bills Kevin Federline. Kevin had declared last year in the court that he had no steady income and he has got the custody of the two kids so according to the law, Britney will have to pay the bills. The pop star’s lawyer was trying to prove that Federline’s attorney was over charging Spears and also asked Federline to contribute in his own legal bills but all in vain.

According to the law, family court has the power to order one party to pay off the bills of the other party depending upon the income and the needs. It is quite possible Federline is taking the advantage of the law and taxing Britney just because her kids are in his custody. Britney had even problems with the visitation rights of her kids recently. Most of the part of the bill seems to be created only to harass Britney but when law intervenes you can’t do anything.
