It has been learnt that Britney Spears has lost some $61 million in past one year due to her crazy lifestyle. Britney spent this whooping amount of money in legal bills, which she paid during her divorce from K-Fed, for her rehab visits and psychiatric care. It was February 2007 when dad Jamie Spears took notice of her spending spree and decided to take care of her little girls’ financial affairs.

Britney is still struggling to overcome her ill luck and is being helped to make a comeback. Once acclaimed as ‘pop diva’, Britney has been not in a condition to work and boost up her singing career since last one year and the same has cost her a fortune.

A close source to singer’s family revealed:

It’s staggering how much money has been used up. She’s spending about a fifth of what she used to.

I appreciate Jamie’s efforts who is desperately trying to improve Britney’s condition. He has hired an accountant who a keeps a check on ‘how’ and ‘what’ Britney spends.
